Looking For Bar To Lease

Featured Replies

I am looking for an area of an existing bar that could be used to run a coffee/tea/internet business. I'm not looking to buy or use the whole bar, just part. A good example would be a 2nd floor of a bar that isn't being used or is currently being under-utilized. This would be good extra income for bar owner.

I need the bar to be a well traveled foot traffic area.

Please PM me if have information.

Yes, sorry. Maybe should have been a little more specific. Koh Samui Green Mango area would be best because of the immense foot traffic there at night. Would also consider area on the main beach road in Chewang, Soi Reggae and possibly in Lamie area. Having high foot traffic is the most important factor for me. My business would increase existing drink sales if placed in a bar.

Please PM for more info.

Anybody who is looking to rent out there bar would only do so because they are not making any money.

Why would you want a bar in soi green mango? They get all the business for a reason so why compete with the big guys?

There are like 5,000 bars on this island and 4,990 of them are complelty empty every night. Why does everyone want to open a bar? Everyone thinks that they have the cool new idea that will work and make money but it just doesnt work.

Sorry, I am skeptical when I hear farang talk about opening a bar in Thailand because more then likely you will lose money.

The OP doesn't say they want to open/run/buy a bar.
