Options?

I obtained a non immigrant O (marriage) from Penang this month.

Before the expiration of the visa, can anyone advise my best option. Note that I do not have 400K in the bank to apply for an extension from immigration.

I have heard that if I go back to Penang they may issue me with a 1 year multi entry O?

Will another consulate/embassy, ie. KL issue a one year multi given that i have been issued a single entry from Penang?

Will Laos issue a multi or single entry non immigrant O visa?

The requirement for extension of stay has changed to 40k family income per month. That can be you, wife, or combination of both.

Penang at last report would not issue multi entry visa of any type.

KL seems to be the most likely place in the area right now for a multi entry O visa I believe.
