Besides the poor website (even buggy sometimes) they've cancelled (and refunded) orders on me due to no stock, and shipping is generally slow, sometimes extremely so. They cancelled 3 orders out of roughly 10 orders in the past year or so that I've shopped with them. Silly me keeps going back because they can be quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere for some things.
