krung
Hi, I am currently teaching on my third waiver that expires in December this year. As I am married can I switch visas(B to O) and keep the same job, showing this as my 40,000 baht income. The problem I see arsing is with krusapa, who issue the waivers. If anyone has had any experience with this or any knowledge I would be most grateful, thanks..
sunnyjim5
You cannot change visa categories. However, if you have an extension of stay Immigration may allow you to change the reason for the extension from "work" to "marriage. You will still need a Work Permit and I presume be required to meet Thailand's teaching licence requirements to keep your job.
