Non B visa

What do you need to change a tourist visa to a non B visa at immigration? My friend has a job offer but it's the first time they have hired a non Thai so not sure what's needed. Any help would be great.

The employer is expected to provide a bundle of documentation!

If you are using internet explorer (or an extension on another browser to emulate it) you can find a list here by clicking on change visa and then "FOR WORKING IN A COMPANY OR LIMITED PARTNERSHIP .WORKING IN A COMPANY OR LIMITED PARTNERSHIP" . http://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/base.php?page=service#

It is to long to copy and paste in.

Also the change can only be done at Bangkok immigration.
