Snackbar Posted March 19, 2016 Share Posted March 19, 2016 Went to Central Festival yesterday. Had to dodge construction, Jump over plastic tape and rope just to get in the place. Arrived at the concession I wanted to be met by grunts, Urrrrgh's, and indignation. I had a polite simple request any international destination could supply with simplicity and efficiency. Sadly not here, only a bad taste in the mouth. What a shame. I can buy illegal goods and services easily, but a simple everyday request at an international retail outlet. Nah.
