Anyone know the building/floor location and best access by taxi for this 4PM-8PM clinic at Rajavithi Hospital? Have no experience there so would like to start somewhere near the shortest path.

No idea , didn't even know they now had one.

If it is their first time at the hospital they in any event have to first register on the ground floor to get q patient number. From there can ask where the clinic nawk wela is.

Actually there may be two places - one is called that and mentioned on surgery web site

Establishment of surgery extra clinic
In order that the patients can be more convenient, the treatment of patients on surgery is provided out of office hours; Monday to Friday at 4 PM – 8 PM and Saturday at 8 AM – 12 AM. The diagnosis is performed in the room for outpatients and the small operation can be performed there. In the case that the patients want to have a quick operation, the operation will be performed in the large operation room.

But believe my doctor said "expat clinic" but hours appear to be the same so not sure if same place or not.

For anyone doing search in future hospital has a green line with numbered stations for OPD department and the Extra General Surgery 1600-2000 is in the same location as the General Surgery Clinic on 9th floor at station 1 (furthest from entry/registration).

Registration took about 15 minutes in afternoon (no queue) with Thai filling out data form and illness form. This included making ID card and taking photo.

Just to clarify - is this Rajawithi or Ramtibodhi you refer to?

And do people need to register on ground floor first or can registration be done at the clinic itself?

Thanks

Rajawithi - entry from lane behind bus stop for Victory Monument and screening/registration in open area next to Cardio building on left side of entry loop. Believe need to register there as clinic appeared to have only nurses providing appointment slips and recording BP/Weight (DIY). Believe most patients even in evening extra clinic are Thai.
