Lazada - If it looks too good to be true ...
They told me, if I get a refund it will be to Lazada wallet. I paid COD, and to my knowledge, although I am not 100%, I believed foreigners couldn't get refunds via Lazada wallet? I don't have Lazada wallet. Furthermore, I'm done with Lazada now. -

COVID Vaccines Could INTEGRATE with Human DNA: Yale Research
Nope. Big pharma will do just fine now from the people who have hijacked their immune system with the MRNA shots. Sales of biologics are up nicely and are even beating estimates. https://www.biospace.com/business/novartis-gets-q3-beat-on-strong-cosentyx-sales-but-pluvicto-disappoints Have you priced drugs such as cosentyx, Stelara and all those others that fill the airwaves with advertising these days? Ask your doctor if it’s right for you. -

Thailand as home, roaming the world tax free - the pipe dream
You can rent very nice, modern apartments in Malaysia, Vietnam, etc. on Airbnb for less than 30,000 baht a month. So the additional cost should be less than 200,000 baht a year if one spends half the time in those countries. One can even add to the mix other relatively low-cost places in Eastern Europe, Southern Spain, or South America, though in those cases the flights will be obviously more expensive than jumping to Kuala Lumpur for 2k baht. Basically: a little bit less than 6 months in Thailand (preferably from August to February to avoid the smoke season), 3-4 months in other low-cost countries (SEA if you want to stretch those baht even further or have a girlfriend in Thailand and want to fly her over often), and a couple of months in one's home country/traveling. But this is all based on speculation of what may happen. There is no worldwide tax yet, and for all we know it could even be beneficial with tax treaties in place, a revamp of the income tax brackets, etc. It is a good idea to plan ahead though. -

Lazada - If it looks too good to be true ...
Another one to tell you guys on here, and it has just happened to me, but it won't again, as I am done with Lazada ordering. I ordered a Xiaomi tablet, read the reviews etc and the price was 2,800 baht. It all looked rosy. I paid last week COD, I knew as soon as I opened it, something was amiss, it wasn't emblazoned with Xiaomi logos. It had only android tablet, I unpacked and checked it out, it works, but definitely a cheapo copy. I contacted the supplier, and was treated to all the bull<deleted>, that it comes from the same factory, give it a chance, blah blah. My other half says keep it, and if I get 18 months out of it, forget it and put it down to experience. I'll show a picture, and I don't believe the bull<deleted> about 1 TB memory, either. See enclosed.
