Sausage roll recipes

Has anybody got any recipes for sausage roll fillings?

I only have access to dried herbs as I live in deepest, driest rural Khampaeng Phet.

I can get the pork and I have frozen pastry, mincing machine etc but I am looking for a good recipe.

have you got a makro close by? if so i have been buying JPM spicy sausages,garlic,northen,and a chilli flavour, 750grms for 109bht.

doubt you will find better.

This is my mix;

500gms pork mince

Hand-full of breadcrumbs

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp rosemary

2-3 cloves of crushed garlic

salt and pepper

Tried these today, the Northern are pretty good, bit spicy.

The only other choice was sour, didn't fancy that.

i too found a little bit of brine in some of the packages,i just wiped them with a kitchen towel.i love the ones in the red packages with herbs and bits of chilli.
