BANGKOK: -- PTT Public Company has insisted that it has returned all the gas pipeline system to the Finance Ministry.

The above statement by Mr Supote Laosu-arpa, assistant president for legal affairs of PTT Plc, was in response to a claim by Mr Sriracha Wongsarayangkoon, president of the Ombudsman’s Office, that PTT has not fully returned the gas pipelines to the Finance Ministry as ordered by the Supreme Administrative Court.

Mr Sriracha said he had asked the Administrative Court to order PTT Plc to return the gas pipelines to the Finance Ministry as ordered by the Supreme Administrative Court.

Mr Supote said he was yet to receive the lawsuit from the Ombudsman’s Office and, therefore, was not aware of the details of the case. But he insisted that the lawsuit was nothing new because the gas pipelines have all been returned to the Finance Ministry.

He said that the case was final by virtue of the Supreme Administrative Court’s verdict.
