A report on an incident that resulted on the fatality of one offshore worker, has been published today by Norwegian regulators.The report comes, from the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA), following the incident on the 30th December 2015, when a large wave crashed into the side of the COSLInnovator offshore drilling rig.
