Hi, the controller board isn't working on my A/C head unit. The A/C repair man tells me the whole unit has to be replaced. Anyone had experienced sourcing new/used parts? Cheers

I expect the A/C tech simply does not know what companies to contact to get the controller card. You may want to contact Samsung directly to find an authorized A/C repair/service company as such company will have full access to Samsung parts, repair manuals, etc. Heck I had a control board replaced in a York A/C that was 7 years old at the time of repair...but the company/tech that did the repair is a York Johnson Controls) authorized sales/repair company. I'm in Bangkok.
