Something oversize been posted in this thread that makes the page so wide it extends well beyond the browser window, making it impossible to read, at least with Firefox and IE:

I would have thought some automatic checking was done to prevent posts from breaking a page like that.

I've corrected it now. A non-standard font was being used, possibly cut/pasted from Word or other application. Very rare to see a text only post that causes this issue, normally it is from oversized offsite linked images.
