I just got hold of a form that could be the new 90 day reporting with requirements such as photo each time, social media used, car, bikes, restaurants etc... and it did not come on April 1st...

This is looking plain scary...

Can I have a look at the form please.

Re-Entry Permit: //// 90 day report whats the connection ???

That form is not only for 90 day reporting. It states it is for extension applications at the top of it.

The topic was for a re-entry permit. I suspect if a person has not done an extension since the questionnaire was created last month they may ask a person to do one when they go to immigration.

It also has not been confirmed it will done at all offices.

I tried to attach it but not sure what happened.

So nothing to do at all with 90 day reporting then.

Nothing in it they don't have already or could easily find out. Someone just tries to delegate work to the evil alien. Of course without looking at the consequences. Will likely be another disaster for data security, but that does not exist in this country anyway.

No news really.

did you read the first paragraph?

It is not only for 90 day reports is what it says. It seems to be a general statement of when they will want someone to it. I am certain it will be a one done once and then when you do an extension again.

I will not be doing one with my next 90 day report since it will be done by mail. Perhaps when I do my next extension.

Oh good, another form to fill out. Hardly worth worrying about though!

maybe they figured out that social media is the best way to contact family in case of "xzdan," I'm sure that has taken large amounts of man hours, with hospitals pressuring them for information related to bills/treatment/body.

I know one case in BKK where immigration accepted a missing document sent to them via Line. So it's not a one way road. Perhaps can also get the contact from some of the pretties :). It's all Line in this country...555

Yes, that would make a nice Facebook post ...

In a coma. Please send money to Nakhorn Nowhere Private Hospital.

Within the last month I have done a change of address, a 90 day report and a one year visa extension, all at different times.

No such document was necessary at Sri Racha Immigration.

Nor were the two forms in Thai that many immigration offices give you to sign, for your one year extension.

I did a 90 day report at Jomtien last week. As usual, just handed the officer my passport and a minute later he handed it back to me with the new receipt stapled in it.

just did the 90 day report on the 7th,

at Mukdahan, they did ask for ,or give out that form

also took a friend back later that day for his 90 day report, they also didn't ask for that form

I am due for a 90 day report next week down in Nakhon Sawan so I will see what they come up with.

Normally I just hand in my passport, it gets scanned, the form is printed out, I sign it, they sign and tear off their bit and staple it into may passport.

Depending if there is a queue it normally takes about 1 to 5 minutes.

I did a 90-day report at Chaengwattana on April 5th, and this form was not given to me or any of the 40 people waiting who were served before me!
