NON-O VISA London financial requirements

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has got a non-o visa (marriage or based on Thai child) from London recently and would care to share their experience.

I will soon be applying for this visa, I can show 400k Thai baht, but on the website it says you need to show 3 months bank statements showing a monthly income of at least £1400 a month, which I could also do but would need to wait till July as I only started working in April and I may wish to get back to my family in Thailand sooner.

Cheers

The website is in error.

If you have your marriage cert. and copies of your wife's ID and Tabian Baan you will not have a problem in obtaining a visa.

  • You shouldn't go by the requirements on the website.

At the moment they will issue a multiple entry non 'O' based on marriage without any financial proof, however, they are reportedly not issuing them based on children.

You should be able to get a single entry based on marriage or children without financial proof.

I seen some recent posts. No financial proof is needed when applying at the embassy in London.
