I have asked the company for a termination letter to go with my new extension based on marriage, they are asking what information is needed in the letter? I would have thought, the following on company paper, with company stamp, and signed by the MD and HR manager. 1. Name 2. Date of birth 3. Passport number 4. Length of service (from > to) 5. Position held 6. A statement saying My job will be terminated on 29th April. Anything else, what about company registration? Does anyone have a “sample” they could IM me?
