Hello,

I have a couple quick questions about extending my Non-O based on family (marriage).

1) My entry stamp expires on the 23rd, which is a Saturday. I will be unable to get to Immigration in Bangkok until Monday. When I arrive, do I pay the fine at the same place I do the extension or do I have to go to another place first, pay off the overstay and then extend? Will i be fined as the expiration is on the weekend and they are closed at that time?

2) The extension for a non-O multi entry is... 60 days? Is that correct? I have a flight to Japan on the 30th of May so if it's only 30 days, I will end up overstaying again unless I make a border run of some kind. If it's less than 60 days, say 30 days, can this be extended again for a short extension, probably 7 days to cover my entry period?

The questions in my other thread were different. Events have changed slightly and I want to verify. Especially question #1.
