rodcourt49 Posted April 30, 2016 Share Posted April 30, 2016 ..not knowing where you are OP...but in Chiang Mai at Anusarn Market (off Changklan Rd) there is Muslim restaurant on the left as your walking/driving to the rear Charoenpratet Rd exit..this restaurant shares a small space at the front right where a young Thai/Chinese guy makes fresh egg noodles the traditional way in front of you..draws a few onlookers as he is swinging, looping, shredding and stretching the dough...good tucker!
