Can anyone advise: My wife (Thai) has a limited partnership company set up. I have been offered a contract by another Thai company who would like to bill through my wife's company. I will be working solely outside of Thailand. Is it possible for me to work outside of Thailand for a Thai company but not require a work permit?

If your not physically working within the borders of Thailand and never will you dont need a WP, I work for an American company in Thailand, but i dont need a work visa for the US to work for them because i am not working physically in the US, but i need a Thai WP

Outside of Thai jurisdiction you wont need a WP except for the country you will be working in if you need one at all
