Should be able find photo shops just about everywhere that will do these. Or you can wait and when you go to the Embassy, they have a photo booth there, costs 150 Baht for a page of 4 photos of the size that is required:

If you use that, make sure you check the tint is right and edit before you print.

All the better photo shops do them. For safety, print off what it says about the passport photos on the website, just to ensure you satisfy any conditions they have such as size, background, no hats, no specs etc. The shops will usually know anyway.
