i need a translation of a letter i wrote to the doctor of our mentally sick sister in law.

It has 125 words, describes her symptoms and asks for a letter of referral to a specialized hospital.

Can you recommend someone who can do this translation for a reasonable price?

Dear doctor,

my sister Wandee is mentally sick. She is suffering from a very strong mental disorder which started 8 years ago and it is becoming more and more hard for the family to cope with her.

Her symptoms are apathy, mania, soliloquy, panic attacks and aggressive attacks in which she hurts family members by beating and scratching.

The medication which she has been getting for 8 years has not helped and she is not any better, in fact she is worse. We would like to take her to a hospital specialized on mental health. Therefore we would like to kindly ask you for a letter of referral to Srithanya Hospital in Nonthaburi.
