BANGKOK, 10 May 2016 (NNT) – The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives plans to support farmers during the upcoming farming season with the help from the Meteorological Department.

Agriculture and Cooperatives Ministry permanent secretary Theerapat Prayoonsitthi said irrigation systems will be used to allocate water from reservoirs and dams to the farmers during an early rainy season.

And that's why Agriculture and Cooperatives Ministry permanent secretary Theerapat gets paid the "big bucks" - stating the obvious.

No water in dams and no rainfall. Got it in one.

Thank you.
