My Female House Trained Dogs Need a Loving Home ASAP

Featured Replies

Through some sad turn of events, my Thai days are finished. (At least for 4 years).

Specialist told me I will be dead in 4 months without treatment not available to me in Thailand, yep, 4 months at best. Got my attention anyway.

Moving the human family is easy, our 4 legged not so much. 6 months quarantine cost are going to blow out and also the stress of that on our pets is not fair.

So we are looking for a home for our two dogs as the in-law option is now un-workible. These are house trained and well manured. Don't rip the place up, happy to sleep out side but often just at home in the bedroom. Come when called and both live and adore the cat, (seriously). Grown up with kids and their friends terrorizing them.

They are alert, bark at werriods, one of the two girls really stands her ground to strangers but never bitten. They have both been spade, 6yo & 7yo. It really breaks me up leaving them, but I know do believe they will respond well to genuine care.

They are currently located in Chonburi.

We are looking for a loving home, fast.

Below is DeeDee AKA Dee, My sons dog who recently died of Leukemia & the one of the right is called Panada

I don't know your home country but these days the proper injections, pet passport and micro chipped are all that are needed to take your dogs home, no longer six months in quarantine . Might be worth checking, I can't help as I have three dogs already!

And if necessary leave them here with someone for a couple of months while the above is sorted.

I know what you are getting at, you can only do the initial RNAT test sample taken in Thailand, (that has to be sent to an approved lab abroad) The UK have suspended their ability to test, told me to send to the French, and the CRSIO have offered to do. Thai vests seem to use the now defunct UK one. It is illegal to send them form Thailand and Australia don't recognize ANY Thai vets for all the other injections and examinations.

They are required to have all the requirements for Malaysia, then quarantine there, then spend a significant time there, getting the same needles and many more under the care of a Malaysian vet, then off to Melbourne for Quarantine as cargo only. The straight out cost come to about $7000 plus what ever else pops up. Australia and NZ have by far the hardest quarantine restrictions in the world, there is also the phyc aspect of 6 months of unfamiliar hell for them as we will not be able to visit them or care for them due to my hope-full treatment.

We also have a cat we think we have placed with the option of hopefully my wife sending our pussy to Oz.
