My friend has a lenovo 700 phone it has just done an upgrade, (that was a nightmare freezing at 49%) seems a common thread, anyhow finally all ok except she cannot open "LINE" any ideas welcome, without deleting and reinstalling as she would lose all information (is that the case) thanks KC . viber loaded up ok just sayin !!

UPDATE - well about 8 hours later, "LINE" seems to be working on her phone. problem solved, ??
