Limitation of AIS unlimited social pack

Featured Replies

It sounds controversial, but I registered AIS unlimited social pack for one day and it's end up only by 20 minutes talk in LINE.

http://www.ais.co.th/social-pack/

The price is only 5 Baht, I don't care the money.

But after ending up I can't use LINE at all, I can use all other apps though.

Even if I use LINE from Laptop. (I'm using mobile as a portable WiFi, it's understandable.)

Is there a way to remove the package?

And is there someone who can read Thai and tell me if there is a description about the limitation in the web page above?

Thanks

As I understand, to cancel the LINE package:

*777*9007#<dial>

Or as usual: call 1175.

On the lower right above the green background part you see an arrow down symbol.

Click it and the "fine print" opens.

Quite complicated.

Also seems to describe the limitations.

Thanks KhunBENQ! I tried *777*9007#, but it didn't work. I'll just wait till the package expires.
