White Christmas13 Posted May 15, 2016 Share Posted May 15, 2016 I most properly post this in the wrong forum but I guess the mods can move it Iv'e seen big planes but the one landed in Perth today was the highlight after 2 hours delay because of some problems in KL she touched down about midday at Perth airport some 20.000 people came here to watch I live 15 min away from the airport but it took me a few hours there and back. Anybody seen this plane before ? Farma Posted May 15, 2016 Share Posted May 15, 2016 (edited) I watched a C5 doing touch and go's for an hour or so at McClellan AFB many years ago. Just after it flew off a Starlifter landed. It looked like a little Cessna compared to the C5. I walked through the other big russian cargo plane AN-124 at Sydney back in the late 80's. It was huge. I always thought that the worlds biggest plane was the Hughes Spruce Goose which only flew once for a few minutes.
