Iv'e seen big planes but the one landed in Perth today was the highlight

after 2 hours delay because of some problems in KL she touched down

about midday at Perth airport some 20.000 people came here to watch

I live 15 min away from the airport but it took me a few hours there and back.

Anybody seen this plane before ? The picture is not mine I got it from the net

because I just did not have the room to take a decent picture

saw at Leipzig airport around middle of last year

I was stationed at Udorn,udon Thani during the Vietnam war.The biggest at the time was the C5. Took A tour of it.I swear it had an apartment inside. For the pilots,navigator etc.

I watched a C5 doing touch and go's for an hour or so at McClellan AFB many years ago. Just after it flew off a Starlifter landed. It looked like a little Cessna compared to the C5.

I walked through the other big russian cargo plane AN-124 at Sydney back in the late 80's. It was huge.

I never been inside I just seen the plane coming down

Sorry about the lost post. Really wish I had seen it too, but no. I always thought that the worlds biggest plane was the Hughes Spruce Goose which only flew once for a few minutes. The wingspan was wider, but the length was shorter than the AN 225 Mriya

This air plane is in service since 1988 I guess so we are talking about different things

don't get me wrong I appreciate your comment since I am not an expert

I saw it one time in Charlotte NC of all places.
