BANGKOK, 16 May 2016 (NNT) - Thai students have been recognized at the invention competition of the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair 2016 (Intel ISEF 2016) held in Arizona, USA.

Two students from Damrong Rat Songkhro School in Chiang Rai province won the second prize for their invention, which controls how silk worms produce silk. The same creation earned the first prize from the Science Research Society or ‘Sigma X’.

Another group of students from Bangkok Christian College won the third prize for their observation of chemical reactions in dried leaves.

Good to see there's still hope for the future of theThai educational system.

About this group, I don't know... hanging around watching dried leaves? What's wrong with the Korean soaps? At least those generate income.

Great news about Thai students and ...congratulations to their teachers who motivated them. There is too much bad news I read about the Thai youth so this is refreshing.
