Do I have to show a proof of address when applying for a 60 day 'o' visa based on my children? I have the birth certs, her id card and the tam bian baan where the kids are registered. This is different from our rented condo in Bkk, can i just show my rental contract as proof?

If you are applying at Bangkok immigration you can use the rental contract for the condo. They probably will want a copy of the owners house book and ID card attached to it.

So if the condos in my name with no mention of her, it doesn't make any difference. Its proof of where I'm staying, right?

They want proof of where you are living since you are the one doing the application. It is mostly to prove you are living within the office's area of responsibility.
