I'm reporting live from one of their crappy boats. They've removed aircon on most of their boats and there are only few fans, some not even working.

Also removed the reclining chairs with wood benches instead.

I arrived 10 am at Seatran who told me I would get on at 2 PM, so I went to Raja instead and they told me noon.

When I was gonna pay, they told me 420, I asked what's the 20 for? They said the price has been increased from today.

The waiting lines are increasing and the service is decreasing. Samui neesds a bridge!

Must only be increase to the mainland, the Raja vehicle ferry to Koh Phangan is the same price ... according to a friend who booked today!

Can you confirm which boat you are on. At least 1 of the boats has always been fan and wooden seat only (one of the REALLY ones).
