CRUNCHER
I bought a new Mac Book Air (mistake). I installed Office 2016. Firstly, I found that I could not open all my saved E-mails in Outlook format. I solved this by downloading MSG Viewer, but I should not have needed to. Secondly I cannot save E-mails from Outlook without a lot of hassle. Thirdly, there is no "Outlook Today" which I found useful. My question is, do these problems exist when Office 2016 is installed on Windows 10? Pib
No problems at all with Office 2016 (Office 365) running on my three computers....two running Win 10...one Win 7. And I've got Outlook messages saved going back around 15 years in various PST files.
DogNo1
Have you noticed that the new Outlook uses OST files, not PST?
chrisinth
Have you noticed that the new Outlook uses OST files, not PST? I think if you setup a POP3 account instead of IMAP, you would still have PST.

Pib
Have you noticed that the new Outlook uses OST files, not PST? They use both. Depends on the type of email account you setup...I use POP3...and that's what my previous work locations used also.
