I plan to return to the USA with my dog. The requirements for importation include a rabies/screwworm vaccines, and completion of some forms. Straightforward really. But my vet here in Bang Saen is unfamiliar with the procedures, and so does not wish to help me. Nor can he offer a referral. Can someone suggest a vet in Mueang Chon Buri, Bang Saen, or Pattaya who can help me? Thank you in advance.

Yes, strongly agree with this recommendation ... have done pet passports for both my dogs and very reasonably priced even for quite serious illnesses.
