PATTAYA -- At 6pm on the evening of May 19th Sawangboriboon Foundation Workers were called to an incident in South Pattaya where a large crowd had gathered in Soi Kopai 6/2.

Paramedics attended to thirty-three year old Wichien Sida and gave emergency CPR although attempts to resuscitate him failed and he died at the scene.

Right down the street from me, they have been doing work on the lines all week. It is a total mess, RIP to the deceased and condolences to the family and friends

No mention of a spotter with him working so close to overhead lines.
