Hello everybody

I am about to buy a VW Passat that was first registered in Thailand in 2010.

Checking the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), I can see that the car had been produced in 2000 in Emden/Germany.

Now I wonder where the car has spent the years between 2000 and 2010.

I know of a friend's Passat that had been built in 2001 and first registered in Thailand in 2008.
