PM says he just waits for the right timing for political parties to air their views

This is not something new. It has been ongoing for long time in Thailand with broken government, unfair government, corrupt government and so on. Every time they fall or are ousted, it follows with some time of military regime.

Here it is also same every time. There is not anything that is sure about when the new election is going to be.

The big issue in this case, as we can here out of all the political parties remarks and comments, is that everyone has their own views regarding what democracy means. The first thing that has to happen is that everone gets educated in what the simple word stands for. What is clear is that an election must be fair and the people and other parties must learn how to be graceful in defeat, wich simply means that they must wiat another 4 years until next election to win and get the chance to rule the country.

This is not hyper specific for just Thailand. It´s ongoing in many countries around the world. The solution is created by education and acceptance.

The only reason for the 06 Coup was to oust Thaksin , but no back up plan, so after Democratic elections , back in went the PTP , with Yingluck as P.M. now the latest Coup to remove Yingluck , but no back up plan, just where does Thailand go now, eventually back to Democracy , back to the PTP. and red shirts , nothing achieved .

Exactly, rinse repeat. Every time there's a coup the whole process of governance in Thailand is set back, instead of letting it evolve one way or another. But, of course, the establishment won't allow that to happen because it's overwhelmingly likely that at some point this will end their choke hold on the country.

Correct , however the last overthrow of the Junta with the students revolution , they agreed to Generals to be heads of departments , bad move , as the military actually didn't stop running Thailand, but next time ?????

Yeah! Definitely nothing achieved. To do that you must reform education, wich means re-teach the teachers and the one that are teaching them.......bla bla bla.... and so on.

See, it´s just a 100 year plan as always.

I read an article in the BP just yesterday whereby a Facebook group had set up an online course in critical thinking which has had a very good response. The students were surprised to learn the tutors were also 18 year old students. A couple of them had gone out and bought a copy of a book on it (written by someone overseas, of course) after their interest having been piqued by a professor who'd told them about it. So, maybe not 100 years, but quite possibly not far off ..
