NRSA's Seree confident politicians understand draft charter

BANGKOK, 23 May 2016 (NNT) - A member of the National Reform Steering Assembly is confident that politicians fully understand the contents of the draft charter.

NRSA member Seree Suwannapanon said that his recent meeting with representatives of political parties, to discuss the upcoming public referendum was arranged to help ease tensions in the country and to allow them to share their political views.

Mr. Seree said that he believes many politicians understand the draft charter well enough but might not have been able to express their opinions readily.

He is also convinced that many are well informed about the Public Referendum Act.

Mr. Seree said that the time the NRSA has in office will, from now on, depend on the outcome of the public referendum, and all committees have been working hard to complete their tasks.

Concerning politicians’ criticism of the NRSA and its alleged lack of performance, as well as their call for the disbandment of the assembly, Mr. Seree said that those politicians need to have proof to back their words.

If I was a politician and had fears of the military's olive coloured limousines on standby and the ever present magical mystery tours, I too would understand the charter. whistling.gif

It takes confidence to understand it!? LOL

Let's hope that *everyone* understands the charter and what it means for Thailand, and votes accordingly.

Winnie

They clearly understand they will be muppets in this tragic show
