Swiss1960
Both Pattaya International and Bangkok Pattaya Hospital "specialize " for int. clients and either have English speaking doctors or then provide translator. Maybe "should", but not "can", as I have noticed several times.Doctors can speak English, it is a requirement for their job. Medicines are normally in English, so doctors have to be able to understand. I spent 7 months in hospital, saw many different doctors. Some would not speak to me, and as i was the patient i wanted to know what they were saying/doing etc. I made a complaint with the senior surgeon who was taking care of me. His exact words to me were..... All Thai doctors can speak English.... After this when any doctor came to my bed side everyone of them spoke to me in English. Sheryl
I need to know the nature of the problem in order to suggest a doctor as ob-gyns here tend to have subspecialties.
