90 Day reporting after getting Multiple reentry?

Featured Replies

Sorry if this has been asked before, couldn't find it in a search... Anyway, the situation is like this:

Did my renewal of my retirement visa on March 1, so figured I need to do the 90 report around June 1.

But, I also did a Multiple reentry visa on May 1, so the question is does the Multiple reentry count for starting a new 90 period (to August 1) or do I still need to go on June 1?

Thanks for your help.

BTW, I have tried the online 90 day reporting system a number of times with both my Windows 7 & 10 computers with IE and have never been able to access that site... would be nice if they get it working for all browsers and systems, or most at least.

You applied for an extension of stay not a visa.

Only the first extension counts as a 90 day report unless immigration puts a new report receipt in your passport (done at a few offices). If you did not get a new receipt your report date did not change and is or was due on the date your shown on the receipt for your last report.

Getting a re-entry would certainly not change your report date.

Look on the pinned topic for online reporting for help or do a post there about your problem.
