rooster59
Pointing event of the year as "Krapao Kai Khai Dao" thief is nabbed Image: Daily News CHONBURI: It was the pointing event of the year outside the Samed, Chonuri, police station on Saturday. Ten food vendors came from far and wide to finger the thief who stole from them.Nisa Ratanasiri, 34, admitted that she was the woman who came to be known as the "Krapao Kai Khai Dao" (chicken with basil and an egg on top) thief. However, the short haired woman was adamant that she was not a "Tom".Her modus operandi in a string of thefts across Chonburi province was always the same. She would order 3 - 5 boxes of the popular Thai fried dish to go then while the vendors were busy preparing the order she would help herself to valuables in their shops and disappear on her motorcycle. She admitted thefts that were committed in Sri Racha, Samed, Saensuk, and downtown Chonburi. She was apprehended at her Samed home with her bike, cash of 5,455 baht, a phone and phone card, a gold necklace and a quantity of pawn tickets taken into evidence.Nisa said that she needed the money to get out of debt. But she denied earlier reports that she was a "Tom" (a woman who likes to dress as a man) saying that was untrue - she just liked to wear her hair short.More victims are expected to come forward. Police discovered that Nisa was arrested back in 2008 for three cases of theft committed in Sathahip and Banglamung. Jeremy50
Some good pointing technique here. Note the finger should be inclined slightly upwards. This is the classic point, used on formal occasions.
