extension of stay on a tourist visa

Featured Replies

Hi,

i just arrived at the end of my last entry (triple entry) tourist visa (60 days), i wouls like to extend for 30 more days

apparently i need a residence certificate/registration (something like that) in order to do so

i wouls like to know if someone did this in Chaeng wattana recently and if this documentation is needed to get the extension

i have a rental contract but my landlord never declare me at the police station

I hold a french passport and i am less than 50

Julien

thanks

I don't think CW require proof of address for a tourist visa extension of stay, but take your rental contract in case they do.

CW does not ask for proof of residence for the 30 day extension.

The TM30 (notification of foreigner) form and proof of address requirements vary from office to office. Jomtien have wanted proof of address for sometime.
