Cannot find complete ad. Is this tuk tuk still for sale?

so in other words one cannot just buy a TUK TUK and have it registered to be road legal?...for private use that is??

ok but as I did not find the ad either, was interested in getting one to cruise around a bit in Thailand...so if the OP is reading, please give details...thank you.

but in general tuk tuks from the current market are not road legal for tom dick and harry??????? (question mark)....

I read years ago that they are not allowed for regular civilian use.... 

I doubt that has changed much
