Looking for suggestions for the easiest place to get a Tourist Visa. I don't mind flying or but I don't want to hang around too long if possible. Prefer not showing a flight leaving Thailand as I hope to convert to a Non B at some point.

Vientiane or Savannakhet Laos and Penang Malaysia are the best choices to get a single entry tourist visa.

A tourist visa can be obtained from any of the nearby countries.

Nowhere offers a same day service so an overnight stay is required
