khunjepp Posted May 31, 2016 Share Posted May 31, 2016 Hi Family are living in Hua Hin, I'm now working in Phuket. Need a divorce lawyer, so perhaps a Hua Hin one, or Bkk one. No idea how much i'll need to travel to be there, or how much the lawyer will have to be in HH to process this. Advice welcome. Will probably be ugly. Kids ( i want custody) , house and land (hard to sell) , and she's a malicious one... However you post very simple question and surprised you haven't had a reply. Clearly you must have exhausted all means of discussions with wife. Don't wish to sound negative but if custody means moving kids to phuket from where they currently are would be uphill battle. However as always many other factors are often private and you simply asked for a recommendation. Good luck. Duh....I just saw the PM bit.
