Proof of address document translated into English and Authorized

Featured Replies

Hi Guys

I need my Thai "Proof of address" document to be officially translated into English and as I have been then asked, stamped by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs which means the translator should put their official Legal Seal on it. As I see that, a Notary stamp would suffice, but am open to anyone that knows better. I live in Surin which may cause a problem, but if I have to travel to get this done I will.

As ever, thanks in advance

Who is asking for this translated document ?

Most translation services will secure the MoF verification of the translation for a small additional fee.

That's good news John, I require it for some business abroad, so all I need to do now is try and find somewhere around Surin that can off such a service, I think I may need to go further afield in order to complete the task unless anyone knows of a translator service here in Surin city.

Immigration does issue address letters also in English, I got mine in Jomtien, as I needed it for the Swiss Embassy. Just tell them to issue it in English, same cost as for the Thai version.
