90 days reporting - how long before or after is permitted?

Featured Replies

I have tried to find this information in the forum, but no luck

15 days before.

7 days after.

Ecliose nailed it ... at least N Hua Hin

As stated already; 15 days before until 7 days after.

Anyone have a official immigration web site that has information provided in writing. A link would be appreciated.

Don't know what happened to the answer I gave before, but on my screen it doesn't look right. Anyway look her it is the link you asked for;

Depends on the method of reporting. You can only report late in person within 7 days.

Of course only for report in person.

Postal mail and internet report are different.

For both it is expected that the report arrives at immigration 7 days before due date.

Seems like the rule for postal mail is not applied strictly.

Arriving before due date seems OK?

Just to clarify, the counts includes the nominal due date as day 1.

So effectively:

If you have to report on a Wednesday, the first day is Wednesday two weeks before.

Last day is Tuesday of the following week.

Due date Monday: last date is Friday same week. No weekend grace period in grace period.
