I am wondering if WU uses an intermediary bank in Thailand because a friend is receiving funds from WU in Europe to an SCB account, and when I track the money it always gets to Thailand fast but then hangs around for 3 days supposedly at "your bank" (as the tracking page describes it) in Thailand. Anyone know?

Yes. WU will use a Thai bank as intermediary. What Thai bank, I do not know.
