Mother in laws house has an obscure air con unit and the remote is kaput!!Bought a universal type but it does not recognise the unit.The unit is a "PRO TEMP" .Are there any shops in Udon where I might be able to buy one?

i have had similar problems in the past really not much to go wrong with remotes

with respect no 1 check renew and clean batteries/terminals

2 open up the unit carefully and with a cotton bud clean the switches under the key pad cover and generally clean the general area
