It must be one of those vocational technical colleges, where it would appear that learning anything useful is the last thing on the agenda :(

Everybody was Kung-<deleted> fighting! Carl Douglas...

aluminum strip

Finally after 4 years of thinking about it, its revealed.

The story is this, a young lad about 18 i suppose comes

riding into the village a bit wobbly covered in blood, falls

down in front of his house, bike and all, mama casually

gets out of the hammock walks to the road and picks up

this boy, she seemed to take something from his trouser

leg of which i thought to be a long knife, but she handled

it quite roughly but did not cut herself, now i get it, it was

an aluminum strip, why ? i don't really know.

I do not know what is meant by "training facility"...do they mean a facility to incarcerate youth? or a vocational school?

It's for young prisoners like a borstal in UK
