Does anyone have experience of spray foam roof insulation?I had my three bed bungalow done 12 years ago but what we notice is the house is actually hotter than it was before?Also at the expirey of the guranteed ten years the roof leaked!It was done by a well known German company !

My house has two wings, built at different times. The first was with roof underside insulation of foam spray done by a well-known German company from Pattaya who did a superb job with no leaks now about eight years later. The second wing also got sprayed on underside of roof insulation but this one used some form of mulched paper with binder. Bad choice, and have some leaks. Had to use the cans of spray foam, particularly in some of the overhangs and corners facing the SW monsoon winds.
