He asked a local company to remove the concrete floor in a yard (about 15 m2 and nothing special; easy access to site) and to fill in the ground with soil. It's supposed to cost 22K THB. Is this not a bit much? Especially if hiring a backhoe might cost 4000 THB per day. What costs would there be that would justify such a total price?
